Ciência, Evolução e Movimento da Inovação Organizacional: Uma Estrutura Conceitual para Diagnóstico

Competitividade e maior performance podem resultar do investimento em inovação organizacional, mesmo que ainda seja subjetiva em sua compreensão e finalidade. O referido estudo tem por objetivo apresentar um framework conceitual que demonstre a dinâmica e movimento da inovação organizacional e chancele um modelo de diagnóstico da prática deste tipo de inovação. Apurou-se que houve um progresso no entendimento da temática, surgindo “abordagens e ferramentas” que podem ser caracterizadas como inovação organizacional. Bem como, uma série de ganhos, a partir do uso desta inovação, foram constatados, entre eles, o aumento da eficiência operacional, estimulo à cultura de inovação, reestruturação da gestão e procedimentos, e ampliação da satisfação dos colaboradores e demais Stakeholders. Mediante a isso, o framework proposto apresenta uma transformação, onde o aprendizado e conhecimento acobertam o desenvolvimento operacional, humano e das relações externas, e orienta a empresa a identificar e aproveitar oportunidades internas e do macroambiente. Assim, o modelo concentra e transmite a importância da melhoria contínua; a efetiva participação dos colaboradores nos processos de inovação; cooperação da empresa na sua cadeia de valor; capacidade para criar e aproveitar novos negócios e; habilidade de implementar e usufruir dos diversos tipos de inovação.
