Projetos em Parcerias Intersetoriais: Uma análise sobre riscos e problemas

Governos e demais organizações utilizam projetos como forma de empregar mudanças e de gerar novos produtos ou serviços. As parcerias intersetoriais são uma realidade e muitos projetos atualmente são executados sobre essas estruturas compostas. Esse artigo distingue quatro tipos de parcerias ou arenas baseadas nos diferentes atores envolvidos e faz uma análise qualitativa, através da coleta de dados de trabalhos de várias bases de dados acadêmicas internacionais, da relação destas parcerias com o gerenciamento de projetos na perspectiva de riscos e problemas, demonstrando que, diferentes parcerias estão mais sujeitas a ocorrência de determinados tipos de riscos e problemas.
